Job summary

Best Buy in Indiana seeks a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores. You’ll help customers select tech products, perform product demos, and guide purchases across departments.

You’ll complete cashier duties, restock shelves, and support in-store and curbside pickup. A minimum of 3 months in retail or a fast-paced environment is required, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and stay updated.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage with them in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.
