Job summary

Best Buy in Plano, TX is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores and help customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend solutions that meet each person’s needs and to provide a great customer experience.

This part-time role involves welcoming customers, performing product demos, processing transactions, and keeping the sales floor stocked.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
