Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You will greet shoppers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and guide them to solutions that fit their needs.

You’ll also handle cashier duties, support in-store pickup and curbside orders, and participate in ongoing learning to stay current with our offerings. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
