Job summary

Best Buy in Longview, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores and confidently recommend tech products and services that meet each customer’s needs. You will learn through training and apply knowledge to help customers find the right solutions.

You’ll welcome customers, perform product demos, handle cashier duties, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup. A flexible schedule and ongoing training support growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
