Job summary

Merck & Co. in Rahway, New Jersey, is launching an IT Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program.

This two-year, entry-level program lets you complete three rotations across IT, gaining exposure to Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Software Development, and more. Successful candidates will rotate through three technology roles, work in a hybrid setup, and may be placed in Rahway, NJ or West Point, PA depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 2 years of computing/technical equivalent experience which could include: IT, related certificates, and/or military.
• Candidates are flexible to be placed in an assignment based on current business needs.
• Candidates must have completed at least 1 internship, apprenticeship, co-op, or equivalent professional role in a technology-related field.
• Ability to learn a complex, cross-functional, business & technical environment with new concepts quickly.
• Candidates agree to rotate through three different technology-related roles throughout IT for the 2-year duration of the program.
