Job summary

Federated Hermes is seeking an Auditor in downtown Pittsburgh (Hybrid) to join our Internal Audit team. You will perform operational, compliance, financial and third-party service audits, document findings, and communicate recommendations to resolve deficiencies.

The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting degree and up to 2 years in internal audit or financial services, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant audit experience in internal audit or financial services.
• Knowledge of mutual funds or financial services preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document assigned audits including internal control tests.
• Evaluate controls and document audit findings.
• Discuss and recommend remedies for deficiencies with the audit team and Audit Management.
• Assist in planning and executing audits under the Internal Audit program.
