The position provides the opportunity to participate in a 24-month accelerated skill development program for an individual commencing their career in the Global Technology Organization (GTO). This position cultivates the technical, business, and professional experience. The incumbent rotates through four six-month engagements within GTO being exposed up to four different departments and / or the roles and responsibilities performed within each department. In each rotation assignment the Associate will perform the job functions aligned with a primary role or roles within the department.
A variety of teams are potential assignments during the rotational program. The role within their assigned team may vary (business analyst, developer, project manager, hybrid). This list is subject to change depending on availability and business needs of the organization.
