Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Technology Risk & Control Director – Resiliency, Third Party, and Infrastructure to lead frontline risk and control efforts across technology domains. You will build teams, drive risk-based outcomes, and present executive-ready materials for senior management and regulators.

You will collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to strengthen ownership, control design, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of work experience.
• At least 10 years in technology risk, resiliency, or related roles.
• Minimum 8 years direct front-line risk in a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior front-line risk and control leader for technology resiliency, operational resilience, disaster recovery, third party, incident response, production stability, and related risk domains.
• Lead leaders and build a high-performing team accountable for risk identification, control design, control execution, issue management, risk reporting, and remediation.
• Partner with technology, resiliency, operations, independent risk, compliance, legal, audit, and stakeholders to drive risk-based outcomes and effective control ownership.
• Provide executive-ready messaging and board-ready materials; prepare regulatory responses and risk assessments.
• Drive consistency and collaboration with the technology risk leadership team and promote a strong risk culture.
