Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of related experience in technology resiliency or risk governance.
• Experience influencing stakeholders in complex matrix organizations.
• Strong understanding of resiliency, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Certifications in IT risk/security are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and advisor on enterprise resiliency governance and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and mature resiliency policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure governance in federated operating model with clear accountability.
• Provide oversight of resiliency activities, metrics, and reporting.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation efforts.
