Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technology, resiliency, tech risk, or related risk roles.
• 8+ years of front-line risk and control experience in a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline risk and control for technology resiliency, disaster recovery, third-party risk, and related domains.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team accountable for risk identification, control design, and remediation.
• Partner with technology, resiliency, operations, and risk stakeholders to drive risk-based outcomes.
• Clarify ownership and strengthen accountability across three lines of defense.
• Oversee reporting, executive-ready materials, and regulatory responses.
• Communicate risk themes effectively to senior management and Board audiences.
