Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Technology Manager to advance the organization’s technology resiliency framework, governance, and regulatory readiness. You will partner with Technology, Risk, Information Security, Business Continuity, and Enterprise Governance to ensure governance aligns with evolving regulatory expectations and industry standards.

This role demands a proactive leader who can drive change through collaboration across a federated operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience in highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations related to operational resilience and resiliency governance.
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology resiliency governance and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and mature resiliency policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Establish hub-and-spoke governance with clear accountability across stakeholders.
• Provide oversight to ensure resiliency activities align with risk objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Influence organizational change and resiliency adoption across a complex matrix environment.
• Advise senior leaders on resiliency risks, compliance obligations, and governance improvements.
