You will partner across Technology, Risk, Information Security, Business Continuity, and Enterprise Governance teams to ensure resiliency practices align with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of related experience in technology resiliency or risk.
• Experience in highly regulated financial environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive enterprise initiatives.
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, MBCP, or PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise resiliency governance and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, enhance, and mature resiliency policies, standards, and frameworks.
• Establish hub-and-spoke governance with clear accountability.
• Provide governance oversight across federated environments.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and governance dashboards.
• Influence organizational change and drive cross-functional adoption.
