Job summary

RSM US LLP invites interns to join Technology Risk Consulting to support risk management projects for middle-market clients. You will gain hands-on experience with SOX, IT controls, and internal audit work while collaborating with managers and senior staff.

You will contribute to control design, documentation, and testing, interacting with client leadership and gaining exposure to ERP systems and financial statements. This internship emphasizes professional growth and real client impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least a BA/BS degree in Accounting or Information Systems.
• Certification or working towards CPA, CISA or CIA preferred not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SOX/regulatory and IT controls engagements.
• Support system and controls testing in relation to financial audits.
• Engage with client leadership to discuss risk and controls.
• Prepare internal control documentation and engagement deliverables.
