Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Tech Risk & Analysis to lead the end-to-end controls lifecycle and drive risk governance across Technology and Cyber teams. You will define strategies, oversee control design, and coordinate data-driven reporting for ESRO stakeholders.

You will contribute to risk transformation initiatives, partner with risk analytics, and guide teams in implementing automated solutions while engaging senior leadership and regulators as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• 7+ years of technology and cybersecurity experience across multiple domains including risk assessments, resilience, and SRE practices.
• Experience applying automation in risk management and working with cloud platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end controls lifecycle and ensure adherence to the Enterprise Control Standard.
• Oversee design assessments for new controls to ensure readiness for testing.
• Lead a team of risk professionals supporting lines of business in creating and updating controls.
• Collaborate with risk partners to assess impact on processes and governance.
• Build metrics around data quality and maintain accuracy in the system of record.
• Partner with risk analytics to implement automated risk management solutions.
• Support responses to internal audits and regulatory inquiries related to controls.
• Drive project delivery, reporting, and governance activities incl. leadership materials and Board-ready briefs.
