Capital One seeks a Senior Manager in Enterprise Services Controls Governance to oversee the full controls lifecycle, partner with Technology and Cyber, and lead a team in building a well-governed risk program. You will drive data-driven reporting and collaborate with stakeholders across the first and second lines of defense.

You will promote automation, support internal audits and regulatory inquiries, and help translate risk data into actionable insights for leadership and the Board.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• Experience in technology risk management and cyber risk assessments.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance controls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end controls lifecycle management.
• Lead a team of risk professionals across lines of business.
• Collaborate with Risk Analytics to automate and improve reporting.
