Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Tech Risk & Analysis to lead risk assessments across cyber, cloud, network, and data management areas. You will partner with business teams to identify, measure, monitor, and report process-level risks, and drive risk-based analysis for executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• 5+ years in technology, cybersecurity, and risk assessments
• Experience with governance, controls, and incident response

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of a process management risk advisor to improve processes and reduce risk
• Research regulatory trends and internal changes to identify emerging risks
• Lead stakeholders in applying risk management principles within Enterprise frameworks
• Lead and support project delivery across multiple workstreams
• Deliver assessment outcomes to senior leadership with strong communication
