Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust suitability designation.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support technology risk and controls workflows with validation habits.
• Ability to review AI-assisted risk summaries for security, auditability, and regulatory alignment.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, standards, and financial industry regulations.
• Knowledge in data security, risk assessment & reporting, control design and governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and executive reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with LOB technologists, assessment teams, and data officers.
• Govern controls, policies, issue management, and measurements; provide senior-management insights.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
• Promote AI-assisted control testing with human review for auditability.
