Job summary

Channel Partners is recruiting a Motorola Retail Territory Representative to own and grow your market in California. Visit 7–8 stores daily, train staff, and deliver engaging in-store events while balancing admin tasks.

You will travel within your market, build relationships with store teams, and drive Motorola brand presence through training and demos. A background in retail or tech sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, marketing, sales, or training/communications.
• Wireless or tech industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with a flexible schedule.
• Organized and able to balance field work and admin.
• Passion for technology, marketing, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and grow Motorola’s market share.
• Visit 7–8 retail locations daily.
• Train and influence sales associates to recommend Motorola.
• Deliver in-store training, demos, and events.
• Build partnerships and be the go-to contact in market.
• Gather field insights to support strategy.
• Balance drive time, admin, and training (~25%).
• Occasional travel for meetings or events.
