Job summary

Micro Center in Mayfield, OH seeks a self-motivated Retail Sales and Merchandising Manager to lead a high-performing store team, drive sales, and manage merchandising, inventory and daily operations. You’ll coach associates, partner with store leadership, oversee scheduling, and ensure a safe, customer-focused environment while delivering an outstanding experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; five+ years in leadership at a major retailer; strong understanding of merchandising, HR, and open

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a major big box retailer
• Experience in all aspects of retail management: sales, merchandising, operations, freight flow, and customer service
• HR experience with hiring, coaching and retention
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing retail sales team focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and store operations
• Coach and develop associates; oversee merchandising, inventory and daily store operations
• Partner with store leadership to achieve sales goals, build talent, and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment
• Review P&L statements and sales reporting; implement improvement plans as needed
• Lead open/close procedures and manage freight flow, cycle counts, and asset tracking
