Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services to meet their needs. You’ll learn product details, assist with demos, and guide purchases with friendly, personalized service.

You will work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, performing cashier duties, stocking shelves, and supporting in-store and curbside orders while maintaining a high standard of courtesy and knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or similar fast-paced environment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage in a friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions and recommend solutions across departments.
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges at the cashier.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Keep sales floor clean and well stocked.
