Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select and purchase tech products and services. You’ll train to confidently recommend solutions based on each person’s needs and your passion for sales and helping others will shine.

You’ll greet customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and participate in ongoing learning to stay current on offerings.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
