Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select the right tech products and services while delivering friendly, personalized service.

You will demo products, answer questions, and guide customers across departments, while handling purchases, returns and exchanges with accuracy. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required, with ongoing training to stay current and knowledgeable.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
