Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers and provide product recommendations across departments. You will perform product demos, answer questions, and assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges in a busy store environment.

You’ll maintain knowledge through ongoing learning, support curbside and in-store pickup orders, and contribute to a clean, well-stocked sales floor while working a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
