Job summary

Responsibilities include executing sales activities, product training, travel to stores, audits, and coaching staff. The schedule includes weekends and holidays; overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or sales experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with good time management.
• Willingness to travel within the market.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales activities and drive revenue in designated territory.
• Conduct product training and coaching for store staff.
• Collaborate with retail partners to maximize product exposure.
• Build and maintain relationships with account managers.
• Attend meetings and provide timely sales reports.
• Travel to assigned locations weekly or bi-weekly as needed.
