Job summary

2020 Companies in Boston is seeking a full-time Intel Field Sales Manager to partner with Intel and drive sales across a defined market. The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires visiting stores weekly or bi-weekly, delivering product training, and engaging with retail staff to optimize sales.

You will work with channel partners, educate customers, and register sales associates for the Intel Retail Edge Program while tracking performance metrics and reporting findings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail or sales experience required.
• Multi-unit Sales Management experience preferred.
• Demonstrate ethical and professional standards in a business environment.
• Demonstrate good judgment and initiative, make decisions, and problem-solve.
• Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel throughout the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned locations within your market, visiting all stores weekly or bi-weekly based on the frequency model.
• Execute sales, training, events, and related projects as requested.
• Attend meetings and conference calls as required in and out of the region as needed.
• Drive sales directly to end-users and through channel partners; utilize the Best Buy POS to transact sales.
• Collaborate with store management to foster sales and product training.
• Educate customers and make product recommendations.
• Register sales associates onto the Intel Retail Edge Program and drive training completions on site.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry vertical affiliates.
• Assess on-site needs such as marketing materials and brand merchandising.
