Job summary

2020 Companies is interviewing for a full-time Intel Field Sales Manager to partner with our client, Intel. The role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on driving sales and building retail relationships in the Boston market.

Responsibilities include executing sales initiatives, visiting stores regularly, training staff on products, and using the Intel Retail Edge program. Travel is required; evenings and weekends may be needed. Pay is $24.50 per hour plus monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail or sales experience.
• Multi-unit Sales Management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel throughout the assigned area.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales, training, events and related projects as requested.
• Travel to locations in the market and visit stores weekly or bi-weekly.
• Attend meetings and conference calls as required in and out of the region.
• Drive sales to end-users and through channel partners; use the Intel Retail Edge program.
• Collaborate with store management to foster sales and product training.
• Educate customers and make product recommendations.
• Build relationships with industry affiliates and address on-site needs.
• Achieve monthly sales productivity goals and document activities.
