Piccone IT Consulting, LLC is seeking a friendly Retail Cashier for our PC repair shop. You will be the first contact for customers, handling check-ins, payments, and basic support in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments, answering phones, and keeping the front of the store organized. Prior retail or cashier experience is preferred, with strong communication skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, cashiering or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable using point-of-sale systems.
• Dependable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Check in customer devices for repair or service following procedures.
• Explain service intake, estimates, and timelines clearly.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Assist customers with questions regarding services and store policies.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Open and/or close the store following established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area.
• Communicate customer concerns to technicians or management.
