Job summary

Piccone IT Consulting, LLC in Shrewsbury, PA seeks a friendly Retail Cashier to be the first point of contact for customers in our PC repair shop. You will greet customers, handle check-ins, and process payments while delivering a positive experience.

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable and comfortable in a fast-paced retail setting; daytime/evening/weekend shifts may be required. This role offers hands-on exposure to tech products and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Prior cashiering or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Check in customer devices for repair or service following procedures
• Explain service intake, estimates and timelines clearly
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries
• Assist customers with questions regarding services, repair status, and store policies
• Check out customers for completed services or retail purchases
• Process cash, credit, and other approved payment methods accurately
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer
• Open and/or close the store per procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area
• Communicate customer concerns to technicians or management
• Work daytime, evening, and/or weekend shifts as required
