Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Assist customers with basic questions about services and store policies.
• Process payments and balance the cash drawer.
• Open and/or close the store following established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area.
• Escalate concerns to technicians or management when needed.
• Shift coverage may include daytime, evening, and weekends.
