Job summary

Piccone IT Consulting, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Retail Cashier for a fast-paced PC repair shop. You will greet customers, process payments, and support service intake and inquiries. The role is the first point of contact, demanding professionalism and clear communication.

The position offers part-time hours with daytime/evening/weekend shifts as needed, in a retail storefront setting. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred and beneficial for handling POS systems and customer

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Check in customer devices for repair or service following procedures.
• Explain service intake, estimates, and timelines clearly.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Assist customers with basic questions regarding services and policies.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer.
• Open and/or close the store following procedures.
• Keep front-of-house area clean and organized.
• Communicate customer concerns to technicians or management.
