Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• 1–2 years of intermediate computer knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and training TRC part-time, student assistant and work-study employees.
• Oversee TRC operations daily and ensure they are handled professionally, efficiently and effectively.
• Manage student issues, make decisions on checkouts, late fees and other issues.
• Keep TRC employees informed of department updates, daily tasks, events/activities, and ensure coverage and cleanliness of the Technology Resources Center.
• Provide daily operation updates to the TRC Computer Technician.
• Maintain TRC files.
