Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Services Experience Supervisor to oversee Geek Squad service operations and customer experiences for computer, cellphone repair, and car electronics installations at the Newington store.

You will partner with the General Manager and Services Experience Manager to identify opportunities, implement plans, and drive priorities to deliver best-in-class service for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience OR 6 months as a Best Buy shift lead.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Optimize schedules to keep store staffed for exceptional customer experiences.
• Provide work direction, training and performance management to employees.
• Manage key metrics such as customer satisfaction, turn time, productivity and revenue.
• Perform in-store leadership duties including opening/closing, cash handling and MOD tasks.
