Job summary

Cooley LLP seeks a midlevel associate focusing on litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations involving content moderation, platform regulation, and AI matters. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of tech-based investigations or litigation experience and familiarity with US frameworks (FTC enforcement, Section 230) and EU/UK regulatory frameworks.

Successful candidates will engage directly with clients, lead significant projects, and demonstrate strong analytical/writing skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience focusing on tech-based investigations or litigation.
• Familiarity with US frameworks—including FTC enforcement, Section 230, and emerging online safety/AI regulations.
• Knowledge of EU/UK frameworks is a plus.
