Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, especially in Engineering, IT, Sales, Manufacturing, or Construction.

• Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with candidates and team members throughout the hiring process.
• Attract applicants by utilizing job boards and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Evaluate applicants by administering phone screenings.
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, ATS, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and build talent pools in various geographic areas.
• Maintain ATS and provide regular reporting updates.
