Qualifications
- At least 2 years of full-desk, permanent placement recruiting experience of software engineers.
- At least 1 year of business development experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with high-caliber candidates and clients across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups.
- Drive new client acquisition through outbound business development.
- Screen and interview candidates across in-person, virtual, and phone formats.
- Match talent to roles using ATS and market intelligence tools.
- Stay current on hiring trends by attending conferences and events.
- Bring ideas and energy to grow the team.
