Nexus Talent Solutions Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter to manage both Direct Hire and Temp placements across the Denver region and the US. You will source, interview, onboard contractors, and build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

The role emphasizes business development, CRM reporting, and active participation in networking events. A strong work ethic and humor are valued in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, sales, customer service or retail experience.
• Proven track record in recruiting, sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and assign top candidates to open positions.
• On-board and manage high-volume temp employee base.
• Build long-term candidate and client relationships.
• Source, interview, process documents and on-board contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance of ATS and create employee profiles.
• On-site check-ins, facility tours and incident investigations.
• Report daily sales and recruiting activities into CRM.
• Cold & warm calling, exploratory emails and LinkedIn networking.
