FIFTEEN WEST in Miami, FL is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to join a growing US AI and technology recruitment team. This hybrid role requires 4 days in the office and offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 with uncapped earning potential.

You’ll source and deliver candidates for high-growth clients across the US, collaborate with business development colleagues, and build relationships across active tech markets from San Francisco to New York.

Qualifications

• Bring 1+ year experience in sales, retail, or target-driven roles.
• Communicate confidently in person and over the phone.
• Demonstrate resilience and a strong work ethic.
• Be coachable and open to continuous development.

Responsibilities

• Own candidate delivery across active US technology recruitment mandates
• Source, engage, qualify, and manage high-quality candidates through the recruitment process
• Work alongside dedicated business development colleagues on established and newly won accounts
• Build relationships with candidates across some of the most active US technology markets
