Job summary

Thales Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Technical Project Manager/Service Delivery Manager to lead NORAM customer projects. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure SLA compliance for secure PKI/encryption solutions, with some AWS evolution. U.S.

citizenship is required for CJIS clearance after hire. The role is hybrid in Austin with travel about 20% to customer sites and Thales offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science (or equivalent).
• 8+ years managing customer expectations and relationships.
• Experience with crisis management and contract/cost management.
• Ability to translate data into action and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer project priorities with routine coordination and escalation.
• Act as Single Point of Contact and advocate for the customer.
• Oversee maintenance lifecycle of hardware/software solutions and change management.
• Ensure contract performance by managing SLAs, KPIs, and requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering/IT Operations to ensure program success.
