Job summary

Kforce has a client in Ramsey, NJ seeking a Project Manager for a 6-month contract. Local candidates onsite several days weekly preferred; EST remote considered.

Role drives execution across multiple technology initiatives and maintains governance across teams and offshore resources. The PM will manage full lifecycle projects, coordinate schedules, meetings, risks, and status reports while ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings and managing project documentation.
• Proven ability to track and drive action items to completion.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, status reports, risk logs, and issue logs.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and go-live.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure appropriate stakeholder participation.
• Maintain project plans, risk logs, issue logs, action item trackers, and status reports.
• Drive accountability by following up with team members and stakeholders to ensure commitments are completed on time.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution.
• Support change management and go-live activities as needed.
• Coordinate efforts across business and technical teams, including offshore resources.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with timeline, budget, and business objectives.
