Job summary

KeyData Cyber is seeking a client-facing Project Manager to lead software implementation projects across North America on a remote contract through December 31, 2026. You will coordinate internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget.

The role requires 4–5 years of PI/PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful software implementation projects.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and performance with project management methodologies.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to minimize delivery impact.
• Communicate status, risks, and escalations to clients and leadership as required.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements and ensure successful execution.
• Allocate resources effectively based on team skills and experience.
