Careerminds is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a 6-month contract, fully remote in the United States. You will coordinate across product pods, work with owners and managers, monitor progress, and report blockers and stakeholder updates.

Potential for full-time employment exists. Responsibilities include driving supportability projects, maintaining project plans, mediating conflicts, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical program/product management experience.
• Hands-on experience owning Jira workflows, release management, and sprint planning.
• Strong understanding of web/mobile tech, service operations at scale, and ability to ramp up in new tech areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive supportability projects from inception to launch and impact measurement.
• Develop and maintain a technology project plan with tasks, milestones, status, and resources.
• Mediate disputes and resolve scheduling and asset utilization conflicts.
• Engage with engineering and product teams to drive priorities using data-driven approaches.
• Utilize analytical thinking to inform decision-making.
• Manage daily standups and cadence planning with product and engineering teams.
• Own core performance metrics and drive opportunities for improvement.
• Define goals, create dashboards, monitor metrics, and align plans across teams.
• Contribute to overall product strategy and stay in sync with features and infrastructure.
• Track all deliverables from conception through launch using established processes.
