Job summary

SSi People in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Project Manager for a contract opportunity to lead technology initiatives within a retail-focused line of business. You will drive delivery from planning through launch and post-release support, lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and apply Agile/Scrum practices across multiple complex projects.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and budgeting skills are required, with proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3–5 years PM experience with a bachelor or 10+ years without one.
Experience managing projects in retail or product development with strong technical PM skills.
Proven Agile/Scrum leadership of large, cross-functional programs.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking experience.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder leadership; ability to work independently.
Proficiency with Jira, Clarizen, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Suite, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of technology projects from ideation through launch and post-release support.
Partner with stakeholders, business partners, and product owners to align objectives and delivery goals.
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while driving Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, risks, and financial performance; support change management.
