Job Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as release planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
• Train and support teams in Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Track and report on Agile metrics for performance and progress.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate capacity planning and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Skills Required

• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in Banking/Finance is a plus, but not required.
