Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3–5 years PM experience with a bachelor or 10+ years without one.
• Experience managing projects in retail or product development with strong technical PM skills.
• Proven Agile/Scrum leadership of large, cross-functional programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder leadership; ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Jira, Clarizen, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Suite, and Excel.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager for a contract opportunity supporting technology initiatives within a retail-focused line of business. Our team is looking for a professional who can lead multiple projects, partner closely with stakeholders, and help drive delivery from early planning through launch and post-release support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of technology projects from ideation through launch and post-release support.
• Partner with stakeholders, business partners, and product owners to align objectives, priorities, and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3 to 5 years of project management experience is required for candidates with a bachelor’s degree, or 10 years or more of experience without a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven project management experience in retail or product development environments, with strong technical project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks and leading large, complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience, including project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and give and receive feedback.
• Proficiency with Jira, Clarizen, Confluence, Service Now, Microsoft Suite, and Excel.
