Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Sr Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned projects within our consumer experience agency in Pittsburgh, PA. You will ensure delivery, quality, scope, and profitability while shaping project plans, cost structures, schedules, and resource alignment.

The role is on site in Pittsburgh and requires leadership experience, strong communication, budgeting and process discipline to drive projects from conception to completion while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Project Management or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years progressive product management experience or equivalent.
• 1+ years in a leadership role and prior supervisory experience.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project plans and assigns tasks to drive on-time delivery.
• Leads project meetings and communicates status to stakeholders and vendors.
• Creates and manages project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Implements standard project management processes and methodologies.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manages budgets, expenses and resource needs daily.
• Coordinates cross-functional work across teams and clients.
• Mentors and develops team members; handles scope and change control.
