Job summary

Based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Phoenix, AZ; Dallas, TX; or Birmingham, AL, you will lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives and drive delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. You will partner with business leaders, risk, compliance, and operations, manage risks, report to executives, and guide governance and organizational changes using Agile,

Qualifications

• Project management experience leading complex business or technology initiatives.
• Experience managing large cross functional projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder management, budget management, and communication skills.
• Experience working within a regulated industry environment.
• Exposure to AI initiatives, including AI implementation, process transformation, governance, or operationalization efforts.
• Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, governance structures, and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, risk partners, compliance organizations, and operational stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and provide executive-level reporting on project status, milestones, and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Manage change control processes and support organizational change management efforts.
• Coordinate resources across multiple business units and external vendors when applicable.
• Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement.
