Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working in a regulated industry environment.
• PMP/Agile/Scrum or equivalent certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with business leaders, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to meet objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Provide governance meetings and executive status reports on milestones and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and risk management requirements.
• Coordinate resources across units and vendors when applicable.
