Job summary

PNC is seeking a Portfolio Manager II in its Technology organization based in Pittsburgh, PA; Chicago, IL or New York, NY. You will lead a strategic portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives focused on cloud transformation, data center modernization, migrations, and production readiness, partnering with senior leaders to drive governance, risk management, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

5+ years of program management experience in tech portfolios.
Experience leading portfolios with cloud, data centers, migrations or production services.
Strong governance, risk management and executive-level reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives across cloud, data center modernization, and migrations.
Establish portfolio governance, reporting, and execution frameworks aligned to budgets and timelines.
Drive risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution across the portfolio.
Coordinate with technology, cybersecurity, architecture, and business stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
Develop and maintain portfolio metrics and executive dashboards for decision-making.
