Job summary

Communications Engineering Company (CEC) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead technology projects from kickoff to completion. You will coordinate sales, engineering and operations, ensuring timelines, budgets and safety standards are met across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include planning, risk management, reporting to customers, and mentoring junior staff. The role is on-site with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology experience within a related company.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within a similar environment.
• 2 safety related certifications and relevant industry training.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, milestones and budgets to meet objectives.
• Coordinate resources, site access, PPE requirements and equipment.
• Oversee safety, quality and regulatory adherence throughout the project life cycle.
• Communicate changes and update stakeholders; manage customer walkthroughs and sign-off.
• Mentor junior staff and support pre-sales efforts as needed.
