Job summary

Communications Engineering Company (CEC) is seeking a Project Manager to lead technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves planning, scheduling, and communicating with customers, Sales, and Engineering to deliver on-time outcomes.

You will oversee site evaluations, maintain project plans, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating training and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology experience within CEC or similar company.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within CEC or similar company
• 2 safety related certifications
• 1 Industry certification (i.e. NICET, Bicsi, CTS, etc.)
• Industry certifications and trainings can/will be obtained during the first year of employment to meet the minimum qualifications when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning with milestones to meet budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate resources, site access, PPE requirements and equipment.
• Review system functionality, schedule, and plan with customer; oversee site walk-throughs.
• Perform site evaluations, safety inspections, and ensure quality assurances.
• Close the project with customer sign-off and post-project process improvements.
